Our stock market investment strategy is the result of 11 years of intensive study, analysis and actual trading. We've already went through most of the common mistakes and learned from them. Basically our strategy relies on very hard work, covering hundreds of stocks to select only the best long term investments, in terms of their reward/risk ratio.



Cesar makes three in depth video analysis every trading day as he looks for new picks for the Main Portfolio. These analysis are constructed using the following method:

They start by a long and short term technical analysis to know about that stock's past and current trend. We always go with the technical long term trend, not against it.
Then the analysis enters a deep fundamental study, starting by the share count evolution and historical market cap, then the balance sheet analysis, revenue trends and gross margin levels and finally and most importantly, profits and net profit margin study.
Then Cesar makes a general overview of the company where he studies the company's business model, specifically trying to judge if the past financial trends can be sustained or improved.
Then we get to the most important part of the analysis which are the long term estimates he designs based on the information he got over previous steps. Very attractive stocks should have an estimated long term share price increase rate of at least 16% a year, on average, which is double the historical general market rate of 8%.
As Cesar studies hundreds of stocks he only picks the best of the best for his Main Portfolio, making sure he trounces the S&P 500 performance every year.
