Not receiving the Daily Newsletter ?

Some users have reported issues concerning the reception of our daily newsletter with the portfolio updates and other 3SOF announcement emails. Commonly this problem is related with the spam filter of some email services or ISPs that periodically tag our emails as Spam or Junk Mail.

Troubleshooting:

1) - Please check your spam folder (or junk email folder) and see if our emails are being sent there. If that's the case, please mark our emails as «not spam» or «not junk», in 90% of the cases this will solve the issue.

2) - Add our email webmaster@3stocksonfire.com to your contact list or safe sender list.

3) - If you don't find any of our emails on your junk email folder, please contact your ISP regarding this situation, and contact Frederick Ramsburg using the private message interface of 3SOF here describing the problem. (In case you're using a corporative email inside a private network, also please contact your Network Administrator regarding this situation).
